About

Pillar Recovery Services is an outpatient medical and behavioral health practice dedicated to supporting individuals seeking care for substance use and related conditions. Our approach focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based services in a professional clinical setting.

All services are delivered by individually licensed healthcare professionals, including physicians and behavioral health providers, who practice within the scope of their respective licenses under applicable state laws. Care is provided on an individual basis and is tailored to each patient’s unique needs and clinical presentation.

Our services include medical evaluation and management, medication-assisted treatment when clinically appropriate, and behavioral health support. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively between the patient and their provider, with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and long-term wellness.

Pillar Recovery Services operates as an outpatient medical practice and does not function as a residential facility, detoxification center, intensive outpatient program, or structured substance use disorder treatment program requiring licensure by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. Services are not delivered under a program-based model, but rather as standard outpatient medical and behavioral health care.

All services are provided in a clinical setting and billed as professional services consistent with outpatient practice. Our goal is to provide accessible, patient-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.
